Current update on patents

Up to this date Pixpolar has been granted 21 patents in the field of semiconductor radiation detectors based on the MIG pixel structure. Pixpolar’s 3 patent families include patents “Semiconductor radiation detector with a modified internal gate structure”, “Semiconductor radiation detector detecting visible light” and “Visible light detecting semiconductor radiation detector”. The granted patents already cover a major share of the main markets.
